To get access to the Open API, you need to Open a TigerTrade online account and Deposit.
For individual investors who have met the opening requirements, they can visit the API permission opening page and start using OpenAPI (Real strategies solution - Developer information) after completing the certification.
For institutional investors, the developer information registration can be completed through the background of Tiger Securities institutions to open the access rights. For details, see the Institutional Account Center
